Muy bien ubicado para visitar Venecia, de fácil acceso. Romeo muy atento.

Faltaba menaje en gran cantidad. Faltaban sartenes, platos, vasos, cubiertos…. El jacuzzi sigue sin funcionar (hay ya comentarios de hace año y medio señalando este punto) y la limpieza era algo justa. Además, el colchón de matrimonio está roto y se hunde en el centro. Falta un poco de mimo en la casa, se nota que no está ya vivida.

L'appartement est magnifique : spacieux, bien aménagé et très propre avec un parking privé gratuit dans une cour. Il est très bien situé pour aller visiter Venise : à 6mns de la gare avec un parking gratuit et le billet de train coûte 4€. A 200m, sur le bord du canal, il y a des bars à ambiance pour passer une belle soirée A 5 mns à pied, il y a un supermarché. Je recommanderai à mon entourage qui veut aller à Venise. Le propriétaire est très réactif quand on lui écrit.

Les grandes terrasses extérieures sont mal entretenues. Manque une poêle dans l'équipement cuisine.

Les équipements de l'appartement mériteraient quelques rénovations. De plus, les équipements de cuisine ne sont pas assez importants.

The apartment is quite ok, well equipped, new things, parking space on the premises.It is an attic apartment, quite spacious, for 5 people ok, and 2 more who struggle on a rather small and uncomfortable sofa. If the host were more attentive to the services offered, the apartment would be a 9.

There is only one air conditioner that does not cope with the entire apartment, which we found turned off. The temperature in the apartment was 29 degrees Celsius when we checked in, the host should have left it on earlier. Another problem was the water tanks in both bathrooms, which flowed continuously, made noise and did not allow for efficient cleaning of the toilet bowl. Although we reported the problem, which the host knew about, it was not fixed.There was a bit of mess on the terraces, things left in disrepair.

The instructions pre check-in are clear, the team is very kind and responsive. The apartment was big and spacious.

It was very hot in the bedroom, also there were no bed lights. The shower needs a bit of maintenance.

Cozy stay near Venice & Padua, with an excellent quality-to-price ratio.
