For Students Only The Waterways in Nottingham 10 Min Walk to NTU

Newer building, comfortable room once some issues got sorted out (see below), USB ports in the room, good wi-fi, walkable to city center and bus station.

My room was missing many necessary items when I arrived in the evening, like bedding, towels, toilet paper, trash can, and hangers. Some of these issues got resolved when they moved me to another room the next day, but it was quite a hassle. Rooms facing the street have a lot of road noise, and rooms facing the back have a lot of light, which the shade does not keep out at night, so plan accordingly.

The accommodation is very central and is walking distance to all shops and NTU. The studio is very modern and the building was also very modern and smelt nice and clean. The staff were excellent. Very polite and friendly. The studio was 90% clean.

The studio had no kettle and one was not provided when asked. Also only one of each utensil which looked old. The pillows were paper thin so I had to go and buy my own. The bedding was also thin and the mattress was lumpy so I slept on top of the duvet and bought a blanket to cover myself. The shower and microwave were not 100% clean.

Lovely spacious room, amazing location for the arena. Great shower. Very quiet. Good amount of plugs and mirrors.

The check in was a bit nerve wracking as the security guard seemed to not know I was coming but he was very lovely and it was fine once he called someone. No bin not even a bag was quite annoying as I had to go buy one from a supermarket. No bath mat either.

Fantastic staff and good room.

Having my own toilet and being close to Victoria Centre, thus the city Centre( approximately 5 to 10 minutes walk). The room feels spacious and bright for one person which is particularly good for a good night’s rest. It’s exactly like what you would get at a hotel.

You need to bring your own hair dryer and you are not supposed to go into the kitchen apparently.
