Great room layout, comfy beds etc. Outstanding views. Excellent service from the staff, especially Kim and Nicah. Prompt response to WhatsApp messages for pick up in the car and other requests. Good breakfast provided as requested, on time and on our balcony each morning.

The secluded location and the view from the room is what makes this property so special. Also all the staff is so attentive and always there to help. The shuttle down to the beach is efficient and we never had to wait long. I would definitely come back without hesitation.

I had an unforgettable stay at this incredible accommodation with breathtaking views. The room offered panoramic vistas that made waking up each morning feel like a dream. The space was modern, cozy, and spotless, with all the amenities you could ask for. Whether relaxing on the balcony or enjoying a cocktail on the pool,the view was the highlight of the experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall excellent service.

The hotel has an amazing view, all the rooms are big and very quiet. Really clean: daily clean and change of towels and bed linen. Bathroom shower has an amazing view too. 1. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. 2. Staff is wearing uniform (just writing it as a lot of comments before were about this point): really appreciated it as it means they really care for what the guests are giving as a feedback 3. Breakfast is also really good, you can decide if it can be served in your room or in the common patio. They also accommodate early ours in case you have a planned tour early in the morning. 3. The minivan pickup from McDonald or from the beach is super gaslit responding. 4. The location is amazing and really close to the center (10 min by Tuktuk ~200PP) 5. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the stunning views. From every room, you can enjoy a beautiful vantage point of Meribwbwb Beach. In fact, these are some of the best rooms we've encountered during our trip to the Philippines, featuring beautiful design and high-quality touches. The people working here are very nice and would try their best to ensure you have a smooth stay.

I’d like to share a few points that I wish I had known before booking: While the location advertises being 200 meters from the beach, there is no direct access. Due to the location at the top of the hill (which is not accessible by tuk-tuk), you will need to contact the property for a lift to McDonald’s. From there, you can walk to Vanilla beach or take a Tuk Tuk to your desired destination. The accommodation is quite difficult to reach, located at the top of a hill. There are no restaurants, coffee shops, or other amenities within walking distance, so you will need to arrange the hotel’s free shuttle service if you wish to go anywhere. For the price point we are paying, we thought there were going to the more amenities (our fault for not researching properly). The hotel lacks amenities beyond the lovely pool area, which does offer a great view. There is no restaurant, gym, spa, sauna, or lounge area to hang out which makes the property feel more like an Airbnb than a full-service hotel. This property would be ideal for couples seeking a secluded, peaceful retreat with a beautiful room. However, if you are looking for a place with amenities, restaurants, cafes, or easy access to the beach, this might not be the right choice. It’s also not suitable for active couples looking to exercise during their stay. For example, we did a brief 20-minute workout in the pool area, and a guest seemed uncomfortable with that. There are no nearby running trails or gym at a walking distance either.

The staff are incredibly friendly and will go above and beyond to look after you. The property feels like it is floating above the beautiful Marimegmeg beach which is fantastic. Breakfasts are personal and delicious. The facilities at the property are well thought out and very private. Spacious rooms and great design choices.

A walking track/ATV track directly from the Perch, down to Marimegmeg Beach would be an excellent addition to make :) Wifi connection in the Casitas was a little patchy but i was still able to use this, and I could always visit the well appointed main common areas for reliable and speedy connections.
