Perch El Nido's Seaview Villas overlooking Marimegmeg

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The view is amazing, breakfast is excellent, and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The villas are new, very well designed, and even better in real life — the photos honestly don’t do the property justice. Bed, mattress, and pillows are a solid 8/10, which is very good for a non-chain hotel. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his family, who were staying on the property for a few days. Very kind people and genuinely invested in creating a great experience for their guests. Book without hesitation.

The property is located uphill, so access to the high street requires using the hotel’s transfer service. However, this is really not an issue at all - transfers are arranged instantly at any time, and the staff are extremely responsive and helpful.

Perched up on a hill with killer views of the bay, these villas are a little slice of paradise. Every evening we enjoyed a sunset show right from our balcony or the shared pool area — better than Netflix! The staff were absolute sweethearts — always making sure we felt safe, relaxed, and totally spoiled. Everything was spotless, luxurious, and designed with class. Breakfast was so good that I refused to try anything else… once I fell in love with one dish, there was no turning back. Yes, the access is a bit tricky — but one message and a jeep appears in 3 minutes like magic. They picked us up from town multiple times in just a few hours without a single complaint. The reception ladies? Super friendly. The cleanliness? Excellent. The amenities? First class… maybe even better. Would we stay again? In a heartbeat — if they'll have us back in that little sunset paradise!

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. What a view!! We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone. Even after we had checked out we had issues with flight delays and the staff were still helpful to advise places near the airport to stay.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hat Unseren Aufenthalt besser gemacht. Das Zimmer ist an sich schön, aber es wirkt noch sehr unvollständig und für diesen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet leider. Keine Badetücher im Zimmer (an der Rezeption abholbar gewesen). Irgendwie hat nicht alles zusammegepasst und das Zimmer hätte so viel potenzial.

Hofft einfach, dass es nicht regnet, wenn ihr dieses Hotel bucht. Bei uns hat es Nachts geregnet und man konnte kaum einschlafen, da das Dach aus Holz besteht. Ich bin sonst nicht so sensibel aber ich musste wirklich Kopfhörer tragen zum einschlafen...

The most incredible view for our first glimpse of the Philippines! We stayed for 3 nights and loved everything about the Perch - the villa, the pool, the breakfast (it was amazing) and the staff. Thank you so much to Kim for making our stay so special :) The shuttle to Vanilla Beach was great and we never had to wait more than minutes!

Everything!! The facilities, the location, the food, the views and especially the staff!!!! We could not have asked for a better experience. Kim and the team made us feel like royalty

That it was too high up in Montain therefore you always needed a ride to go down to the beach instead of having enjoyable walks

They did everything, really everything to make us feel at home and valued! The bathroom is beautiful and the views are AMAZING! Straight from your bed you have a view on the bay.
