The landlord is very considerate, patient and diligent. Any issues got addressed promptly and resolved. Very clean apartment and gated environs.

Okay the complex is within a neighborhood that could do with some work but that's just the outside, within the compound it's perfectly good.

The location was good. Easily accessible

The place needs an upgrade. The mattress for example was sinking in the middle. It was sleeping on the wooden part. Pillowcases were torn. There was also some very bright corridor light penetrating through the main door which makes the room too bright to sleep in. Something that could be looked into. Maybe where to switch off that light or blinds/tint by the door. It would help. The staff also left the windows and sliding doors open. Ir was a blood fight with mosquitoes. There was no net/repellent or anything towards that end.
