My t.v. but I understand the reason.. and whomever that shit guy was who worked second shift Wednesday Oct, 27th. He was horrible, really rude towards the Indian workers. Called them STUPID AND LAZY. WHY he would stereotype is beyond me. All that disgusting attitude and rudeness because I went up to ask for a roll of toilet paper. I was beyond livid. He NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. ALSO HAD ME STANDING THERE WAITING ON HIM TO FINISH HIS PERSONAL CALL HE WAS ON HIS CELL PHONE HAVING ME WAIT TILL HE WAS DONE WITH HIS PHONE CALL..

I didn't stay there after looking at the condition of the room.

Room was dirty. Furniture was old, worn, and soiled. Dead cockroach greeted me when I opened front door. No AC. TV was not operable. It was analog. No cable. TV screen was grainy and thus no viewing. The owners are cheap by not offering a clean and functional room. I left immediately. Should not be advertised thru Booking.com

All staff employees of the facility were not only just rude but also disrespectful, Had very bad experience with a male maid bursting through our front door demanding my 17 yr old to take down our collection if DVDs away from the window seal after knocking them out if his hands & demanding him to pick them back up but refused to be honest about it with the location manager after we considered calling the cops. Also calling my son's Guinea pig a cat & demanding we lied to them about it smh.
