Ecky-Thump pet friendly holiday chalet

Kitchen was nice and clean, lovely gift basket on arrival which was nice.

It could have done with a good clean, the shower was quite mouldy inside, smelt a bit damp and needs a lick of paint.

Everything! Clenliness, comfort, location, equipment, communication. We enjoyed our stay very much at such a short notice and will be not only recommending it but also returning. Many thanks!!

Could do with a long mirror

Code sent week before and easy to put in and get keys out. The chalet was clean and tidy and a lovely basket of goods to welcome us. The milk in the fridge was nice so we could make a cuppa on arrival . There was also plenty of money put on for electric we only used about half of it. Beds were comfy, there were towels and tea towels supplied but we had brought our own so didn't need them.

The shower was small and very hard to get it to the right temperature, where it wasn't freezing or scalding you. The water pressure was poor took ages to wash shampoo out of my hair. We had our grand children who love to watch Netflix on a night before bed but unfortunately the WiFi was quite poor and couldn't support the amount of devices we had.

The chalet was excellent nice and clean and the welcome pack was lovely we will definitely return again😊
