"Exceptional"

If I were to rate just the property itself, I would give it a solid 10. It was very clean and had everything you might need – and even more. There was convenient parking, a wonderful view of the sea and sunset, and a breathtaking view of the cliffs. It’s truly a place worth visiting and spending more time at with family or friends. The photos in the listing perfectly reflect what you actually find in reality – 100% accurate!

I had to subtract one point unfortunately due to a few issues: 1 During our stay, the electricity went out in the entire house. It turned out that we had to go outside, behind the gate, where the main power switch for the whole property was located on the seaside side of the garden. We’re not sure what caused the short circuit. What surprised us most was that the switch box was not secured or locked in any way – meaning that anyone passing by could access it. 2 On the day of departure, we had agreed on a specific time to hand over the apartment. About 20 minutes after the scheduled time, we were informed that the person in charge was stuck in traffic nearby. According to Google Maps live traffic data that day, it should have taken no more than 15 minutes to arrive, but in the end, it turned into an hour’s delay. 3 There was also a problem with receiving the security deposit refund. We chose the bank transfer option (perhaps it would have been smoother with cash), but after being notified that the refund had been processed, the funds did not arrive in my account. The main issue here was communication with the agency – I tried to reach them a week after receiving the refund confirmation via WhatsApp, Booking.com messages, and direct email, but received no response. After another week (two weeks after the confirmation and three weeks after check-out), I contacted them again by email and only then was I informed that there had been a banking issue and the transfer would be repeated. In the end, I received the refund about a month after check-out. I don’t blame the bank for the delay, as such problems can happen, but I found the lack of response from the agency for three weeks across multiple contact channels quite unprofessional.
