Friendly owner and fast response for key collection, parking access. Great stay as the location is strategic, convenient store just outside the condominium, a beautiful garden for evening walk.

Swimming pool is located at the highest floor of multipurpose hall which is beside the condominium. Quite crowded. Guess many guests like this facility after all

Yes, it is true the property is spacious, very clean, so comfortable, the airconds and fans so well working, comfortable sofa and everything inside the property are in good and well conditions probably still new. The lifts are well working as it is still new condition.

Sorry to mention these but the view from the balcony was not nice, car park and swimming pool are not so convenience as it at outside building property and there is no extra lock from inside main door property which makes you feel not so secure.

Very satisfied with this unit! Parking is very convenient, and all household amenities are in good working condition. The house is clean and smells fresh. It’s easy to access popular attractions around Melaka City. Plus, it's located next to a lively jogging area where many people exercise in the morning. Truly a satisfying stay

Good place near joging trex. Park near by. If owner can install water dispenser really good. Clean & good for spending a weekend.

Parking abit far & if raining problem to load & unload from your car. Pillow is abit hard for me.
