Malacca Spacious 3Bedroom Wifi Carpark

The location was great and it was quite quiet

I felt like the maintenance of the unit could have been better. The air cond was leaking and the bathroom facilities such as taps were very hard to close

Me and my family had a wonderfull stay at this homestay! The rooms were very spacious and clean , and the location was perfect for exploring the city center.The staff (Miss Rokiah) and housekeepers were incredibly friendly and helpful.We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and spectacular view from balcony. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and i would highly recommend it to others

facilities very nice, the room so big and got nice beds, and very comfort and clean. will repeat another time, the check in guides very easy, view also nice and the price very cheaper, suggested for other customers.

1) iron not good, need to replace new one 2) water pipe need to fix something, cause very tight to turn it 3) parking very far from apartment, and parking visitor also only not enough. 4) wifi need to check it, cause very slow, i think because the range, if in the room not got the wifi, if got only 1 bar very slow

We stayed in the apartment for a month and a half and felt at home. The apartment was clean and the location great, with fabulous views of the Melaka city and the sea, and easy walking access to a wonderful park for daily exercise. The location was also fantastic for the variety of eating places which served delicious local food. Also, the host was very responsive to queries and issues raised during the stay and helped ensure that everything went smoothly.

As we were staying for a lengthy period of time, we were looking to cook regularly rather than just eating out. We found that the kitchen facilities were pretty basic for this purpose; it could be improved with additions of larger cooking pots, a wok perhaps, larger plates etc. We purchased some items for the kitchen during our stay and hope that the host will look into adding to the available utensils. One further point regarding location and access to shops. Initially walking access (5 minutes) to the road which led to the most of the shops and eateries was available via the back gate to the apartment blocks. However, this gate was subsequently sealed off by the Management Committee. It should be stressed that this was no fault of the host. As we did not have a car, this meant an additional 20/30 mins or so walk to access these locations, not so easy in the heat of the day. This should now clearly be stated in the description with accurate distances and time to available shops and amenities provided, especially important for those who are without a car/motorbike.
