Valletta Collection - Felix Apartments

The property was extremely cold and had a strong sewerage smell throughout the entire place, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The shower also leaked into the main living area, creating another issue during our stay. When we raised the smell and other concerns with the property, and later reported them to Booking.com, the owner (or the person managing the property) became aggressive, yelled at us, and immediately told us to leave. This was a very distressing experience, and we felt completely unsupported despite the legitimate issues with the accommodation. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else

Avvisare che non avete ascensore io avevo appartamento a 4° piano senza scale Le foto del mio appartamento facevano capire che avevo il balconcino tipico Maltese invece non e' stato cosi' cmq la camera era bella ugualmente .

La chambre spacieuse, la literie et la décoration.

Tout était parfait, le 4ème étage permettant de brûler les calories du glacier d'à côté.

The location was excellent and very convenient, and the apartment was clean upon arrival.

One afternoon, someone knocked on our door and then unlocked and entered the apartment without prior notice. A man and a woman came in and did not introduce themselves; from the context, I understood that they were likely the owner and/or staff responsible for the property. They entered because there was an issue with the internet connection and wanted to check whether the problem was related to our apartment. While I understand the need to investigate technical issues, entering the accommodation without prior communication was highly unprofessional. A simple message informing us that someone would come by would have been sufficient. During my travels, I have never experienced accommodation staff entering a rented apartment without notice, and I found this behavior unacceptable and well below the level of service I would expect.

We had no WiFi for the duration of our stay, despite the staff's attempts to remedy this

Was kept tidy and spacious.

Extremely smelly outside, with the heat making the bins smell waft in throughout the day. Unfortunately, there was NO WIFI for THE ENTIRETY of our stay which meant working in the apartment was impossible. We were also unable to use the TV, which only worked with WIFI. Generally quite disappointed with the lack of communication, as were constantly trying to reach out and remedy the situation, but received replies which essentially let us know NOTHING was going to be done. As they informed us that they were aware of the situation, to not have had anything done at the time of leaving is incredibly disappointing and left us with the feeling that we’d been scammed.
