I liked that I got a refund. I wanted to get out of there asap, and contact with the owner and customer service was swift.

It was hard to find. Once inside the building the security wants a photo of your passport which feels invasive. Then you have to find the "appartment", which is just a small cube. There were so many people outside in the hallway making noise, it did not feel safe. There were dirty dishes in the sink! And leftover food inside of the microwave. The cutlery and dishes in the cupboard were not clean. There were no coffee filters for the coffee maker either. The shower was wet so either someone showered right before i left or it is leaking.

Volledig zelfstandig appartementje met in principe alles wat nodig is en efficient ingericht. Er is een kookplaat, magnetron, kookgerei om zelf wat te bereiden. Ook is er oploskoffie klaar voor gebruik.. De ruimte is schoon. Wifi werkt prima.

Er zaten vlekken in het beddengoed wat er niet zo fris uitzag. De douche is wat moeizaam met instellen van de temperatuur.

Location, balcony and apartment size

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We travel frequently and often stay in budget or mid-range properties, but this one did not meet its 8.8 rating. The apartment is much older than shown in the listing photos which don't reflect its current condition (see my pics below). It felt worn-out and poorly maintained, giving an overall shabby impression. The towels and bed linen were visibly dirty and old, the floor was not properly cleaned.. The pressure of the water was weak and there was no hot water at the sink in either the bathroom or the kitchen (the shower was fine). The owner promised to address the issue, but nothing was done. We suspect previous guests may have faced the same problem, as the dishes were not properly washed. While the location and balcony were nice, we cannot recommend this accommodation.

Location was great, close to lots of amenities.

Apartment was small and sometimes noisy from neighbours. Walls are very thin.

Everything was clear but I recommend more attention to the kitchen, specifically dish drying mat and dish towel!!!!!! Miss paper towels and napkins.

The.location is excellent, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the street was and how close to walk to main attractions like La Patria. From there I was able to get one of those tour busses to drive down Reforms avenue which is lovely.

I liked everything, no complaints.
