Perfect holiday home with lovely views. It had everything one needs to feel homey (high end appliances).

Cleaner assist app was not user friendly. Maybe consider arranging the house cleaning prior or when checking in.

The view was obviously spectacular but the apartment, well-equipped with cutle, bedding etc

The balcony was really dirty, cigarette butts and bird droppings every where, windows also need attention. Also when the wind is howling the windows blow closed as the hinges are too loose. The bedroom sliding door also fell off. Maintenance did deal with that quickly. The lift malfunctioned which resulted in us having to walk the 10 floors a few times. The lift was however repaired on a Sunday relatively quickly. The unit does not have any air conditioning so it's really hot when there is no wind blowing. The apartment needs a refresh, looking old.

The fact that for once the pictures do not do justis to the actual property. The Penthouse was amazing with incredible views. The location and the comfort of the apartment were above our expectations.
