Beautiful Condo Close to Busch Gardens

The place was very clean and had a nice scent as soon as we walked in. The staff was easy to reach for any questions or concerns.

Everything was great. Nothing that i can say i didnt like

It was very clean very comfortable good location.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about it.

I used a door code so it was easy and the location was close to Busch Gardens.

The condo felt dirty and outdated overall. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen and in the child bedroom. The ants were all over the place we had to consistently spray to keep them at bay. The carpets on the floor were dirty and stained and the linens felt cheap and overused. The headboard in the Master Bedroom had a portion that was faux leather, the leather was peeling and falling off. The sliding deck door would stick and was hard to slide. I RARELY give bad reviews but I was VERY disappointed in the condo and the cleanliness.

The dearth of hotels in the Carrollwood area make this property extremely convenient for our needs. The balcony is screened against insects and the apartment is stocked with everything except our personal items. Traffic and other noises are far enough away to make the nights very peaceful. Although the entryway is somewhat old and in need of renovation, the apartment has had updating and includes a washer and dryer.

The parking space is almost always in the direct sunlight and the entryway to the apartment is musty smelling. Not horrible, but a bit off-putting. The master bedroom has a king-sized mattress which, as so many do, has developed depressed areas close to the edges and does not produce a truly flat surface for sleeping.

The condo was clean and central to food/amenities.

We lost internet/TV for 2 days. This was inconvenient as I had to do some online work and was unable. We also had an ant infestation in the kitchen.
