"The property is like a dormitory or school resident but very convenient for shopping."

Location, very convinient to the shopping mall

The property is getting old with no proper maintenance; the sofa is old with springs. The neighbours making noise in the early hours of the morning couldn't sleep. There is no soap or shower gel.
