This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform West Parley Manor by Grandeur Property in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. -Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found) -Minimum age to be able to book is 21 -If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning) -All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am. - Please note that a list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access via the Guest Manual. If this was not followed, a fee of £40 per full refuse or recycling bin will be charged. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking. A deposit may be required at the property.

Property is a fantastic house, just a shame the company letting it out has given up on it! In need of some tlc.

No working fridge/freezer, food purchased was ruined! Still waiting for a refund! No outdoor patio furniture. Broken chairs in the kitchen. Hornets nest in garden. Bin bags full of nappies left in drive way. Cleaner still on site when we arrived at 5pm, bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned.

Lovely house

The problems we encountered was from the first night we experienced no electricity in the kitchen, and no heating during a very cold period, we read manual and followed instructions only to be told by staff we were doing it wrong! They were wrong, we know how to follow a manual and it was something that needed to be fixed. we then had to wait till nearly 4 o'clock in the afternoon for someone to fix, so a night and day was ruined and I still had to pay for the pleasure of incompetent staff who requested that I fix the boiler myself! I came for a holiday, not a normal working week. A partial refund at least should have been offered due to the disappointing and ruined few days that we experienced here. It really affected our whole trip which is still very depressing when we look back on it.
