広くてトイレが二つありシャワーも問題がなく水道管も詰まっていない。掃除は行き届いている。

カトラリーが未経験の劣悪な品質な上に数が足りない。台所用品は何もかもベタベタでオーブンの中も衝撃の汚さ。消耗品は普通最低限置かれているキッチンペーパーもフォイルもオープンシートもなく、食洗機のための洗剤も最低限。ゴミ袋も一枚たりと余分にない。トイレットペーパーもギリギリの数しかない。5人宿泊でバスタオルが全４枚。フェイスタオルなし。道路は近く、窓は風除け程度の厚さ。交通量は少ないが車の音がうるさい。一階寝室の暖房は常に騒音を出す。二階の手前の寝室の暖房は十分に機能しない。トイレの鍵は飾りで施錠できない。玄関の入り口もロッカー程度の鍵。

Location was ideal.

Not enough mugs and glasses for the for amount of people we booked the house for. Few glasses were cracked also, worn and dirty clothes in one of the bedroom drawers one of the single bedding, smelt- unwash (men). down stairs bedroom - also smelt

For good point in the guest was quickly responded to email and Kind enough to ask if we were good at the property. And the good back garden ( good size )

overall the property was clean but as described in the ad the property didn’t have two bathrooms instead one bathroom and a toilet underneath the stairs, but the sad part was didn’t have a lock to close the door while using. The bathroom had some mould and damp. it would be helpful for the host if you could keep some milk or some cold water or drinks( juice).

The host responded quickly to any messages and instructions were clear. The shower pressure was good.

The property was very disappointing and definitely not 4star as advertised. we have usually had good quality stays with all booking.com but this was the worst we have ever had. The property was very tired and worn, grubby in parts. Very basic with little comfort. the garden was a good size but totally neglected and not what you’d expect at a holiday rental. Towels were limited, in the double rooms there was only one bathsheet to share between two. some of the bedding wasn’t fully clean with stains and marks. Appliances were unclean and worn. bathroom had loose light switch which was dangerous.
