LTThe villa itself was very good: it was well equipped, the air conditioning worked well, the pool was clean and spacious, and the staff member responded quickly to our requests (such as cleaning the pool and bringing necessities).
If you decide to rent this villa, be prepared that the manager may use the €1000 deposit mentioned in the rules as a tool of pressure on you and your family. In our case, the issue started when I refused to pay an additional cleaning fee that was already included in the total advance payment made through Booking.com. Late in the evening, one of his staff members came to collect this fee in cash. When I declined, the manager called us “problematic guests” and said we were no longer welcome unless we paid the €1000 deposit for our stay. After I sent a payment screenshot clearly showing that the cleaning fee was already covered, instead of apologizing, he insisted that we immediately pay a reduced deposit of €240 in cash for one night. We felt we had no choice and handed the money to his staff member. This situation left my family feeling upset, uncomfortable, and unsafe during the stay. We have rented luxury villas in Turkey before and never experienced anything like this, so I believe this reflects the attitude of the local management rather than general practice

DEОтличная вилла, комфортно, просторно, стильно, уединение для отдыха от суеты. Очень отзывчивый и вежливый хозяин и его сотрудники. Было очень приятно бесплатное приглашение от хозяина в бассейн, когда рядом вилла с бассейном была свободна . Наша вилла была без бассейна.
Пешком далековато от моря. На машине все отлично.
