Ovi Court City Apartments Nuwara Eliya

The location is perfect and very convenient. The room and bathroom were spacious, and parking was available. The Dialog 4G Wi-Fi was okay, and the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The caretakers, Mr. Deva and Mr. Budda Daasa, were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A Keells supermarket, a fuel station, and a P&S outlet are all within walking distance, which made our stay even more convenient.

My wife and I booked a ground-floor apartment. Although it is advertised as an apartment, there were almost no cooking facilities provided-not even a knife, and only a toaster was available. The microwave oven and refrigerator in our apartment were broken and unusable, while the upper-floor apartments had working ones. When I contacted the manager, he initially asked for an extra LKR 2,000 to move us upstairs; eventually, I agreed to pay an additional LKR 1,000. There were also not enough bath mats, with only two provided, and they were not in good condition. Additionally, there was no shower curtain, causing the entire bathroom floor to get wet after every shower.

The apartment is spacious and good for a family. The location is near the city centre.

The place was clean, the stuff were nice, the breakfast was tasty, simple but tasty.

Good location, privacy, friendly staff, worth for money. Mostly, the place is spacious and cosy. Bathroom is nice. Superb for a family or a couple.
