Location was good but everything else was terrible. It was a Christmas nightmare with roaches everywhere. I have not received my refund or my deposit to date just constant excuses.

There were roaches everywhere it was disgusting, in the coaches crawling all over literally, filled in the kitchen any cupboard you opened, filled in the couches everywhere. We stayed in the room with cranked up AC until we could leave the next morning. sleep.

Amazing location with great views and an easy walk down to the beach, great selection of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance

The location is good , the nice sea view and I didn’t see much monkeys as I expected.

My bathroom basin was blocked and the plumbers just came in without asking if I was in the room or not . The tv remote had battery issues. I was being called to park properly while there was a construction thing that blocked me from my parking

Accommodation and the sea view was amazing. The area is so quiet and peaceful. Had an amazing time. Definitely coming in my next coming holidays.

The facilities were easy to use and well-maintained, the space was clean too. Everything we needed was conveniently close by and the area itself was easy to get around. The beautiful surroundings made the experience even more relaxing.

The only downsides were the temperature balance in the place, which wasn’t always comfortable, the balance between the heat and cold that is and the occasional noise levels from the neighbouring units, which disturbed the otherwise relaxing atmosphere

The room was gorgeous, we didn't know there was a pool on site so that was a great surprise. The bed and couch were both incredibly comfortable.

There was very little goods for tea and soap. There was no rooibos (cannot be in SA and not have Rooibos tea)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swell View Umdloti by Euphoric Leisure, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The apartment is perfectly situated with stunning sea views and just a short walk to the beach. It’s also conveniently close to the newly opened Marine Walk Mall, which offers high-end dining restaurants and well-stocked supermarkets—everything you could possibly need within easy reach. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained: clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from a fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, and utensils for at least four people—making it ideal for self-catering. The lounge area is generous in size, featuring a large corner sofa and a smart TV loaded with Netflix, DStv Stream, Amazon Prime, and more, perfect for relaxing evenings indoors. The bedroom is equally impressive, with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe big enough to hold clothing for a full week’s stay. The ensuite bathroom adds a touch of privacy and convenience. I also enjoyed the balcony, which provided a lovely spot to unwind and take in the view. Practical touches like dedicated parking and excellent security—with guards on duty and tight access control—gave me complete peace of mind throughout my stay. On top of that, the property offers great leisure amenities, including a swimming pool and braai area, adding to the overall enjoyment.

The only small issue is that the sea view, while beautiful, is partially blocked by buildings in front.
