"Bittersweet Experience"

Apartment is in a very convenient location with a fantastic view. Quite and comfortable for up to 4 people. Temperature was great and hot water was always available. John is very responsive and polite. Very convenient the parking located across the street.

Apartment has all the potential to be a very spacious and “go-to” choice for anyone looking to enjoy Thessaloniki while NOT on a budget. However, apartment lacks a few details that could make all the difference. 1/ Espresso capsules (even non-brand) could be provided since a Nespresso machine was available. 2/ Kitchenware are provided but they could be upgraded to also include mugs while being a matching set and not individual choices that don’t blend in with overall apartment design. 3/ Coffee table is not convenient. 4/ Hand soap containers at bathrooms were infused with water. 5/ Few drawers need technical attention, and so do couple of walls where paint needs to be refreshed due to humidity. Also lighting could be all at the same color (warm or cold not a combination). 6/ Terrace is great but is partially covered by a tent and there are no sufficient seats to match the number of people hosted by the apartment. All the above is a constructive review because I really believe in this apartment’s potential, if attention to detail is given.

Wonderful view. The apartment is located in a unique location.

It was quite dirty, some of the furniture was worn out. The place has potential but the hygiene needs to be improved.

We had an amazing experience staying in this modern and spacious 8th-floor apartment. The views of the city and the sea were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset – a perfect way to start and end the day!

Incredible location and view. Clean and lovely furniture. Air conditioning worked well.

Needed a few repairs (doors tightened, bathroom fixtures repaired, balcony surface repaired). Ideally a nespresso machine.

Location, view from balcony, nice friendly neighborhood.

Broken fan in far bedroom, trouble keeping refrigerator door closed, smashed bug on first bedroom wall. Nothing was a deal breaker.
