"Amazing Location and Terrace, Minor Noise Issue"

The apartment in the very center of the city is a real gem! The location is perfect — everything you need is within walking distance: cafés, shops, and attractions. The terrace is an absolute dream, ideal for relaxing in the evening with a city view. The only downside is that sometimes the heavy traffic creates a bit of noise, but the advantages definitely outweigh this minor inconvenience.
