Very dissatisfied ! It’s Scammer, when we arrived the place, and the security guard say didn’t receive this booking. The account is a scammer, not pick up call. And cannot refund, the BOOKING APP didn’t help for refund the payment too.

Useless host after taking money are not providing any room details or anything and not refund the payment back also and call me cancel the booking

I think this host and this homestay better closed and let polis check about this all stupid things as well how is this still possible to make this business again?

First day,we wait u untill 2pm only received check In details,i try to call the host,but host reply with not friend and said they do not pick up the phone. My car kenot go in the carpark area,the cleaner pass the wrong key to me,but we spend around 1hrs to settle this issue. Honestly,I love the design for the house,overall very clean. But when the last day we check out,the kitchen tape water leaking through the dining table area,and the shower area,water can not come out. After i check out,i want ask for the key,but the host no reply and didnt refund any deposit for me till now. I’m not recommend this , because the host no responsibility. Hope agoda can give warning letter to this host to avoid more people get involved in this bad service.

I stay there on 23/11/2024 until 24/11/2024 I pay RM 200.00 for the deposit but till now they did not refund back my deposit or ask my account number....please respon or I'll report to the police

Please refund my deposit back
