This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Carters Quay View by Grandeur Property in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - The minimum age required for the lead guest is 21 - Infants will be counted as a guest - Strictly no stag or hen parties - Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found) - If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning) - All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking. A deposit may be required at the property.

Great location, apartment appointed to a very high standard with everything you need. Exceptionally clean with fantastic views and with your own parking space.

Comfortably furnished, very well equipped kitchen, open views, convenient location, free car parking. Ideal for 2 couples (but only 1 car park space available!)

No mention in description of it being on the 3rd floor and 57 steps up with no lift! Lack of any clothes hanging provision in one of the bedrooms. Towel rail/extra hooks needed in bathroom & ensuite. No instructions provided for TV & standard Freeview channels difficult to find.

So quiet and so easy to walk into Poole

A lift would be good but not essential although some people would struggle with three flights of stairs
