The apartment is located in the center of Bologna, close to the city's main attractions. There's a bus stop nearby for connections to the train and bus stations. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has an elevator. The apartment is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is very small. There's a heater in the room. The kitchen zone is good. There's nothing in the kitchen, not even salt or sugar.

Lokalita byla skvělá, hned naproti je obchod. Blízko do centra i na nádraží.

Идеальное для меня расположение, я приезжала на фестиваль, до всех кинотеатров одинаково легко добраться, рядом рынок, бары и кафе, при этом окна выходят в колодец, в квартире тихо. Удобный матрас.

Неудобный туалет: сидя на унитазе упираешься в раковину, умываясь — ударяешься головой о шкафчик над раковиной. Нет вешалки для полотенец, приходится вешать их на дверь. Нет гладильной доски, хотя есть утюг. Есть стиральная машина, но некуда развесить вещи после стирки. Нет необязательных, но таких привычных в съёмных квартирах вещей как растительное масло, соль. При том что есть нормальное количество посуды для готовки. Всё это оставляет впечатление некоторой недоукомплектованности квартиры. Если добавить эти необходимые мелочи, общее впечатление было бы намного лучше.

Location was excellent. Easy flat walk to markets and also main square and other attractions. Supermarkets close by. Two stop bus ride from station. Apartment was clean.

Bathroom tiny, with toilet set at awkward angle under basin. Only cooking facility was a small plug in induction cooker. No microwave or any other cooking facilities, no kitchen implements, unsatisfactory for a week stay. Coffee pot leaked everywhere, but this was eventually replaced after we asked managing agency and also a knife provided for cutting bread etc. Advertised as city views, apartment had a view of the external lift out of one window and neighbours kitchen out of the other.

Location excellent but also v quiet

Wi-Fi was broken and not fixed during the stay. Host passed it on to the company, they said they sent a technician which I don’t believe as they were then asking me all the questions and to send photos of it after the technician was supposed to have been Missing pillow cases (arrived next day) and pretty tired pillows as well Communications after the trip - nobody is interested

The layout of the apartment, the shower/toilet was too small, and was not comfortable to watch TV

The bathroom smells and it is very very small.
