En cuestion de limpieza de las habitaciones, seguridad y tranquilidad todo estuvo de 10! Ojo! En la pagina del hotel se anuncia que cuentan con el traslado de los huéspedes al hotel del aeropuerto y traslado gratis por los alrededores, sin embargo durante nuestra estancia dicho transporte NUNCA estuvo disponible y por favor, mejoren el personal que atiende check in en la mañana, su actitud es poco amigable y prepotente.

En general estuvo muy bueno el servicio, el servicio al cliente excelente …el desayuno estaba bastante completo limpio y delicioso. La señora encargada del bufet es una excelente persona para el servicio al cliente.
