Modern apartment close to lovely beach

Prachtig appartement , we hebben er voor 5 nachten verbleven. Erg schoon en zeer modern. Dicht bij het strand en met een goede beveiliging zodat je snachts je auto goed kan stallen.

De afwatering is niet helemaal optimaal, het doucheputje stroomde niet door. Toen ik dit melde kwamen ze de volgende ochtend meteen langs om dit op te lossen. Maar helaas mocht dit niet baten. Ik vermoed dat er een groter probleem met de riolering is en dat daarom het water niet goed weg kan stromen.

Spacious apartment big kitchen, comfortable lounge with big TV, big comfortable bedrooms, really close to the beach. The key collection was super easy, and the keys were marked well - it was easy to get into the apartment. Absolutely ideal for the weekend we had in mind. Loved the coffee machine in the kitchen. It was surprisingly quiet at night even though close to a train track - the train doesn't run at night. Also loved the reclining chairs in the lounge! Secure parking spot and a grassed area where we could leave our surfskis and boards.

The location was wonderful for beach access, and it was halfway between the V&A Waterfront and Cape Point. Restaurants and grocery stores were also within walking distance. The apartment was spacious with a nice kitchen, a nice walk-in shower, a tub, a washing machine, and comfortable recliners. There was also a large-screen TV that we didn't have time to use. The hosts communicated well. The keys were color-coded to match the colored tape on the locks. The apartment was easily accessible but safe. Because it was on the first floor, we didn't have to carry our luggage up the stairs. We would definitely stay here again.

We struggled with the window shutters at first, but we finally figured them out. It would have been nice to have multiple luggage holders/racks. No real complaints.

Very central to everything- beach walks, otter sightings, local coffee shop, restaurants and take aways. Beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The bed in the main bedroom provided good back support. Comfortable reclining chairs, and quality finishes throughout. The beach and the grocery store is no more than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The owner immediately assisted when we had trouble accessing dstv.
