Cosy apartment just next to Parliament

The design style is ”poorlish but cosy” matches the photos. The only advantage is the location.

However, dust on the shelves spoils everything. The bed linen does not look fresh because of its shabbiness. There is no sheet, just a worn mattress pad. So we had to buy a set of new bed linen at the nearest supermarket. The coffee maker is useless because you can't buy the necessary capsules in the nearest stores.

Posizione ottima a due passi dal parlamento. Zona ricca di locali residenziale e tranquilla, a due passi dal centro della movida. Proprietario disponibile in qualsiasi momento

The apartment is super cozy, clean, comfortable and in a perfect area to visit the city. I have loved staying there!

Локація біля Парламенту,тиша в ночі.співвідношення ціни. Велике ліжко ,матрац доволі зручний, з піни. Є все необхідне для перебування на короткий термін.Враження від квартири,як ти залишився на ночівлю в друга з гуртожитку,але в 19 сторіччі)) мікс старовинної будівлі та ремонту старого.з новими єлементами декору. Власники швидко відповідають,та дали гарну інструкцію як потрапити в житло.

Мінуси,ледь тепла вода,нормально прийняти душ невийде.Бойлер є але не працює. Лише одна подушка, та декоративні подушки дуже не свіжі. Стіральна машина в цвілі..а вони там і постіль перуть. Кухня :все дуже старе та не дуже чисте ,є одна єлектрична плитка та дивна кавомашина. Власникам слід мабуть більш приділити увагу чистоті .
