Nette Einrichtung, Bad mit Lüftung, alles für die Küche vorhanden (Spülmaschinentabs,… )

Die Bescheeibung der Wohnung entsprach bezüglich der Schlafgelegenheiten nicht den Gegebenheiten. Es gibt keine drei getrennte Schlafzimmer. Es wird verschwiegen, dass der Vermieter unter der Wohnung eine Fleischerei betreibt und von morgens 7 bis abends Hackgeräusche und sonstige Geräusche, die deutlich in der Wohnung hörbar sind, produziert. Auch wurde verschwiegen, dass auf der Terrasse eine Lüftungsanlage der Fleischerei steht. Diese läuft 24h durch. Ein Sitzen auf der Terrasse ist unmöglich und Schlafen geht nur bei geschlossenem Fenster. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin wurde uns aber dofort angeboten, die Wohnung jederzeit bei Erstattung der Miete für nicht genutzte Nächte früher zu verlassen.

Para empezar, en la terraza se escucha el ruido de los ventiladores, de la carnicería de abajo. También se escucha el ruido de la carnicería, es decir los machetazos desde primera hora de la mañana. Después, tanto la habitación como en el salón, entra luz y no se pueden cerrar las persianas. Poco inclusivo, cama con altillo etc El alojamiento no se pone en contacto contigo ni contesta los mensajes que le envías. Y teníamos el checking a las tres y a las tres. La casa no estaba preparada y no nos avisaron de ello.

We had a great time at the apartment. It is spacious, clean, and modern. We were greeted by music and small candles, which created an immediately pleasant atmosphere. Everything we needed was provided. There were even extra children's blankets, a towel with a cape, and a bib for our little daughter. The walk to the beautiful, sandy beach is very short, and Costa Nova is a charming town.

The apartment has a small terrace. Unfortunately, it cannot be used because the air conditioning from the butcher shop below is too loud. Therefore, the bedroom window cannot be opened at night. Additionally, the Teflon coating on the kitchen pans is completely broken, rendering them harmful and unusable.

Lovely location; plenty of room; walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Main bedroom is upstairs. We were not aware of that when we booked.
