A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó. Közel a belváros és a villamos megálló, amivel könnyen el lehet jutni bárhová a városban. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész! Az egész hotel nagyon szép, minden a vendégek kényelmét szolgálja. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel.

Extreem slechte service door baliemedewerkers, airco werkte niet, beddengoed niet schoon, bakkamer verlichting haperde, zeer matig ontbijt. Hoge kamerprijs. Geen Hilton standaard.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful (everyone), room service was very nice, the location is superb. Valet was very good and the car was pulled out perfectly on time.

I had to change rooms because of a bad odor in the bathroom, but reception was super fast and helpful. The pillows are unfortunately terrible (for my taste). The shower had many hairs stuck on the wall. :(
