סבלנו מרעש של מוסיקה על אחרי כמעט 1.00 AM שהיתה מהבר של המלון, בלי שיכולנו לישון. התחננו שיעבירו אותנו חדר או שיינמיכו את המוסיקה אך נעינינו בשלילה על ידי הצוות מהקבלה שהיה ממש לא שירותי. ממש מאכזב

The property is at excellent location right downtown, near to shopping malls, and tram station. Located on a quiet street. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Staff is friendly and when I asked for a firmer pillow I received it without hesitation.

Some of the busier mornings at breakfast they were running out of food at 9:30am and seen customers not to happy about it. Bowls were not filled, even when breakfast ends at 10am during the week. The other issue I had was the AC. We were told that the hotel is switching from winter to summer season and AC wan NOT available in our room during some hot nights. When tried to open the window at night, was very loud noise was coming from outside and was hard to sleep. I would love to see some more flexibility with the AC further in the future.

Kozponti helyen. Kenyelmes, szep kis szobak. Remek reggeli. Biztositottak szamunkra az osszenyithato szobakat, pedig elore nem jeleztuk az igenyt.

Az egyik szobaban kicsit csatornaszag volt.

Вас можуть вишвирнути з цього готелю в день заїзду. З ранку, в день мого заселення, готель надіслав повідомлення, що не може мене прийняти з технічних причин і запропонував піти в інший готель. Я бронювала саме цей готель, мені не потрібен був інший. Чому мене не попередили про це, коли ще можна було відмінити безкоштовно бронювання і я би обрала щось інше на свій смак. Чому я змушена ночувати там, де мені не потрібно? Чому я мала нервувати? Це непрофесійно, непорядно і не надійно.
