Quiet, nice location

The furniture is out dated and the TVs

Location , nice rooms with kitchen area and full fridge

Even though the breakfast had a great variety, the food tasted like instant/microwave food. Would like to see better quality food.

Quiet on the third floor, clean all around

The mattress is profoundly uncomfortable and should have been replace long ago. Too much light enters through the door

Breakfast was decent and there was a lot of it. They had some games that my daughter and I played.

When we first arrived we went to our room and noticed that door would not lock by itself. Something was wrong with the door jam. I walked up to the front desk and the clerk up front told me someone would be by shortly to help. Once I got back to the room another hotel employee stops me and asks me if my door is broken and I say yes and I show him. He nods and disappears. I wait another 30 minutes and go outside the room again. I spot the same team member and ask about my door. He "attempts" to fix it and then shrugs and leaves. Its still broken. I call the front desk again, she says she'll be there shortly. It almost 9pm. My husband at this point looks around and is able to find something to loosen some screws on the door jam and we get the door to close finally. The front desk clerk comes by and explains they are new locks that were just replaced. Which is fine, but shouldn't someone make sure they actually work? The indoor pool was FRIGID. Practically unusable. I talked to one member of the hotel staff and they said they would turn the heat up. I talked to another team member and they said it was broken and there was nothing they could do about it. We stayed at this hotel about 3 years back and the pool was warm and we were able to use it. My 4 year old was the MOST excited about this part of staying at this hotel and we chose this hotel again specifically because it had a pool.

Room was great. Front staff was great.

Breakfast stunk. No/very little food. Tables were filthy. Floors needed a good vacuuming.

Pool heater was broken which was the whole reason I picked this hotel.

Loved it

I did kill a roach but I’ve never had that problem
