I stayed for 2 and a half weeks with my partner and I am super happy with how everything went. + The guards were helpful and kind and I love how convenient the Laundromat and Convenience store is being on the ground floor. + They have an ATM nearby at the clubhouse and also a kiosk for paying your bills and topping up digital load. + The entire place was exactly as pictured. The sofa was extra comfy and they also provided a lot of hangers for our clothing. + The inclusion of a rain shower as well as a heating unit was a huge plus. + The view from the balcony looking towards the highway and city skyline was lovely. + There are 3 elevators to use in the building so you don't have to worry about waiting going up and down between floors. + The host answered all of my questions and concerns pretty quickly. + There were a lot of utensils and kitchenware provided. Several cups, different types of plates, and a good amount of cookware too such as a couple cooking pans, a caserole pan, and water heater. + Multiple lighting switches and options to suit your taste. + It was pretty quick to feel at home with the place, and I've had amazing memories there with my partner. I'm looking forward to staying again soon!

There were some grievances unfortunately. - While the place was super clean, the trash can provided was super small so make sure to bring trash bags. The top of the fridge was pretty dusty, alongside the hanging lights. There are tons of empty bottles underneath the kitchen sink and the provided slippers did not look clean so bring your own slippers as well. - The bedrooms being close to the highway means you can hear sirens passing by throughout all times of the day (even through late midnight), albeit it's not too frequent. - The bathroom glass separator doesn't close fully and is awkwardly positioned, leading to the outside of the shower being wet. - I'm used to our local Laundromat finishing the laundry at the same day, but their laundromat takes 4 days so do plan ahead of time which ones to bring to laundry. - The bedroom closet sliding doors don't operate right. The left one is loose and the right one is too hard to open and close. - The induction stove provided doesn't have a manual temperature control and only have presets, leading to easily burned food since the minimum temperature is 220*C on frying mode (the stewing mode can be reduced to 100*C but it turns on and off the heat so be prepared to either burn your food or take too long to cook something). - The internet speed fluctuates a lot and there were a couple days where it just didn't work (for an hour or so). Expect a speed ranging from 300KB/s to 7MB/s at highest.

It had a lounge room and dining table and two bedrooms. It was quiet if you kept the windows closed. Bath towels are provided.

The bathroom had leaking so the floor was always very were and slippery. The kitchen cupboards were messy with empty bottles and dirty. No dish cloth or towel was provided to clean & dry the dishes. Air con only in bedrooms. No dish soap. No hand towels. Very difficult location and impossible if you don’t know Tagalog language or live in Manila. 30 minutes from airport by car due to traffic. No local restaurants or shops nearby. Must pay for parking.

A great space close to the airport. Had a pool and a restaurant on-site. Very comfortable for the 4 of us.
