Chic 4BR Maltese Gem with Game Room in Siġġiewi

W mieszkaniu panuje jeden wielki grzyb (wilgoć), wchodząc do środka od razu czuć odór stęchlizny (wilgoci). Dwa pokoje były ok, ale pozostałe dwa to katastrofa. Grzyb na ścianach, a w jednym pokoju była taka wilgoć, że codziennie spadał tynk z sufitu. W jednym z pokoi ułamana słuchawka od prysznica i trzeba było kąpać się prosto z węża. Byliśmy z 11 miesięcznym Synkiem i prosiliśmy o fotelik do karmienia, fotelik był w piwnicy, tam gdzie bilard, ale obrośnięty grzybem tak, że nawet gdybyśmy chcieli go wyprać, to by nic nie pomogło. W bilarda też nie dało się grać, tak śmierdziało wilgocią w tej piwnicy. Szczerze to baliśmy się o swoje zdrowie z powodu tego grzyba, ale nie chcieliśmy psuć sobie urlopu i po prostu spędzaliśmy jak najmniej czasu w mieszkaniu. Wszystkie ciuchy wraz z plecakami i torbami przeszły wilgocią, że smród było czuć nawet w samolocie jak wracaliśmy. Ogólnie to powinniśmy żądać zwrotu całej gotówki, a przynajmniej połowy. Wszystko udokumentowane na zdjęciach.

This place was perfect for our family of 7, with 4 bedrooms all with a bathroom each, everyone had their own space. The games room was a nice space to play some pool and just sit and chat. TV in every room, even though we didn't use them. The location was central to the town of Siggewei, with local bars and cafes, and right opposite a wine bar with amazing wines and sharing platters. Accessible by bus, within 20 yards of the bus stop.

We didn't mind the church bells, but they are constant, every 15 minutes they chime and are quite noisy, take ear plugs for the night time if it bothers you. Outside space was accessible by very steep and narrow stairs, not for the feint hearted getting up there, or down again. This is not mentioned in the listing. A few more items in the kitchen would be useful, grater, sharp knives.

We loved the balcony, the view and location. The overall house was great and spacious for all of us and comfortable.

The moisture was a big problem during our stay. The bedrooms we moist especially the bed sheets and the towels. Some of the extra pillows had mold and the couch in the game room did as well. The game room walls were so moist that the material transferred and could be molded under slight touch. The hot water did not last for entirety of showers and the amount of stairs wasn’t very clear. The stairs were fine for our group but I do think that it should be more clearly stated.
