Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, la literie, les sets de toilette mis à disposition.

Impossible de faire un Check in early, ce qui est dommage quand la majorité des voyageurs viennent de loin et ont envie de se reposer. Dans la chambre il y avait également trop d’équipements qui faisaient perdre de la place (masseur de pied, machine pour mauvaise odeur, climatiseur, etc)

Easy to check in and out, rooms had everything we needed and beds were comfy. Good location, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The paid washing and drying machines were bad and left our clothes very wet (there are also free ones, but these were full so I can't speak to how good they are). We had to take our clothes to a laundrette afterwards to dry them. The room itself was clean but there was a huge amount of dust under the beds.

Çalışanlar ilgililerdi. Oda temizdi. Birçok banyo / kişisel temizlik ürünü mevcuttu. Ücretsiz çamaşır ve kurutma makinası vardı.

Oda beklediğimizden küçüktü. Valizi açmak için yeterli alan yoktu.

Good price and located right next to the park with the old palace

Check in system is not good, can’t get inside the property to wait for check in because reception is not there had to wait ages to get inside.
