RESI STAY JISCO HOTEL Kyoto Goshonishi

Love the fully accessible kitchen complete with all dining amenities, appliances and laundry at property. Room was a little small but we were out most of the day anyway. Right next to the Imperial Palace. The reception counter near Kyoto Station and the free shuttle is so so helpful. Staff was exceptional and friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Thank you!!

Room was a little warm due to centralized system, unable to adjust the room temp so it was rather warm during our sleep, we had to open the window open a little to let some air in but it was quite noisy outside too.

Good location, short walk to buses and train that connect very well with popular areas. Lovely neighbourhood, Family Mart very close by and gardens.

The only downside was no staff at check in. It was difficult to check in as at the time I could not access emails and get codes etc for keybox and touch pad to enter codes. I used the phone available at the desk and spoke to someone to help me check in and get my code but only after sometime explaining how I could not access my emails. I noticed while I was there other ppl having the same trouble and ppl even asking me how to check in. I think having people at reception makes it so much smoother and personable and a more pleasant stay, feels somewhat safer also.

Very nice position in the city, very clean. The size of the room was ok. Good quality for the price.

The fridge was noisy, but you can turn it off.
