Property walls was full of black mold and even have mold directly touching the bed. Couldn’t even breath from the strong smell of bleach and property refused to refund claim made only a couple hours into my stay.

the host was asking for more payment even though we pay for the right amount and saying that we only booked for 2.

Good facilities like kitchen, washing machine etc. The location was very good and convenient, near to the bus terminal, airport, shopping centre, etc.

This is an honest review describing a real situation so read carefully and decide if you want to book or not. We have suffered a situation so I don't want anyone else to go through this pain therefore I am describing in length every situation that we faced. I would encourage you to leave a review if you face a similar issue. A number of things can be improved and this review is an opportunity for improvement. We have been asked to provide a passport copy via @gmail.com email or WhatsApp which is not safe as we don't know who we sending it to. We have been threatened to cancel the booking leaving a very short time to book another place moreover it was very complicated to request a refund when the property owner denied access however, the owner was cooperative in giving a refund. There was only building security not knowing any process whatsoever when we reached the property at 23:30. This would have been avoided by the owner by providing information via email, message etc but they did not bother and left us struggling moreover, the owner was not responding to any message or calls. The positive about this situation is that the property owner had a manager who was available throughout the time without it we would have no access to the property. When we arrived at reception we were asked for authorisation which we did not have any clue but talking to the manager solved the issue. Once security clearance we were told that the property was located on the 5th floor but no clue how to open it and we were not given any keys again property manager was helpful providing information on how to open the auto lock with the security code. Message to manager: you could have given us instructions when we have been talking over the phone multiple times at least what we are required at reception, how to open the lock and how to access wifi. The property was advertised as a sea view but there was no sea view. I will be attaching photos to prove there were no sea views.
