Przyjemna lokalizacja

Czystość. Apartament to typowe mieszkanie, które zostało przeznaczone na wynajem podczas nieobecności właściciela i oczywiście nie ma w tym nic złego gdyby została zachowana odpowiednia czystość. Największym problemem była kuchnia, talerze, sztućce, szklanki wszystko brudne, klejące się, przed użyciem czegokolwiek trzeba było najpierw sobie to umyć. Ogólnie kuchnia bardzo zabrudzona, zamrażarką niemal w pełni zamrożona. Za przyjazd po godz. 20.00 właściciel zyczy sobie dodatkowe 20euro, za przyjazd po 21.00 40euro. Jakie wynagrodzenie w takim razie ja powinnam zażyczyć sobie za sprzątanie zanim z czegokolwiek skorzystam? Podstawą jakiegokolwiek noclegu jest czystość, jeśli to nie zostaje zachowane obiekt nie powinien być wynajmowany.
