Entire guest suite with gated property

The host was always checking on us making sure we had everything we need .Pete is very informative and suggested some place that we could visit. Love the patio with games ,lovely set up.our boy loved the games. We will definitely stay there whenever we are in Swindon.

Great stay and great flexible host. Quiet area and closed-off property. Very clean and cozy with shared conservatory and garden.

We were very satisfied. In hindsight we were not completely sure how enter/ move in the shared space, but we came late and left early so it was not that relevant.

Safe parking, nice and clean good facilities would happily stay again. Owners are accommodating.

Nothing. Place was a shambles. Cannot believe the veracity of previous reviews that stated it was “superb”. It was dark (the only 2 windows both had broken blinds), cold, a layer of dust over all surfaces in the bedroom, a minute microwave in kitchen with no toaster, kitchen cooking utensils/knives, or cereal bowls. Nowhere to hang clothes except a single coat hanger on a coat rack in the living room. We had booked for three nights and left after one - says it all.

Property attached to family house and lady was there to great us and show us in. All clean and done up to a nice standard. Perfect for one night on our travels. Excellent price for 3.

Could do with some bowls and an explanation on how the back door works as appears to go into the family conservatory. Does feel like you're living within someone's home although didn't hear anything from them.

The garden and patio was huge and accessible in the day time. The host was very helpful and accomodating and quick to reply. He lived next door hence could arrange things easily and quickly. My kids loved it as they had a trampoline and swing. Had a good time.

There was no light (no electric connection) in the patio or garden so we couldn't use it in the night. The landlord said its because of the safety reasons. However the landlord arranged an emergency rechargeable light but it didn't help a lot.
