GradeII listed penthouse with Sea view

Algemene hygiene liet zeer te wensen over. Alleen bed/lakens en handdoeken waren in orde. Algemene staat van flat: slecht onderhouden, niet geschikt voor verhuring.

Loved flat and location. Great views from windows. Facilities very good and comfortable. Emphasise it’s a top floor flat with lots of stairs so good mobility advisable.

Previous flats I have stayed in supply complimentary small carton of milk and biscuits etc which is always a nice gesture. Bathroom could have been a touch cleaner but this is a minor point. Overall delighted.

The property was close to beach which was convient

The property hadn’t seemed to have been cleaned, all of the cooking utensils and equipment were dated and had to clean before use. The light leading up the stairs to the apartment was broken so walking up the stairs was dangerous. The windows in the apartment were very old and kept us all night banging.

Host was friendly, easy to deal with and very flexible. The apartment had everything needed for one night stay.

The host was so lovely and so accommodating.They were quick to respond and really easy to get in touch with. The place itself is central and easy to get to, and really cozy. The views are lovely.

Not necessarily a bad thing but there are a lot of stairs up to the room, so if you have lots of luggage it can be a bit of a trek.

Old school with no WiFi, TV, or radio. No electric kettle or microwave, BUT with an amazing record player and vinyl collection, plus it's lovely comfortable with fun furniture and a sea view. Perfect location and really nice helpful host. Would definitely stay again 😊

We were ok, but if you're elderly, not fit, or have mobility issues, you won't like the many stairs to reach the penthouse, but it's worth it! Could do with a few more tea/bath towels and a frying pan to make self-catering easier but loved the hob kettle.

Amazing location, good value for money. Arya was a really friendly host, really helpful when comes to collect the keys and check in/out. Flat was very cosy, and had a nice vintage feeling. I would definitely recommend.
