HOTEL VISA INN NEAR KEMPEGOWDA AIRPORT

Room was comfortable

Delay in service. Requested 2-3 times at reception regarding clearance should be done but none of the staffs turned up for the same.No cutlery crockery provided by the staff.

Floor not clean Foot towel was dirty (Blood stain) Asked for 3rd pillow and watter bottle (3 Adults) which was not provided.

The staff is poorly trained and have no sense of hospitality. The linen was dirty and they served breakfast in packets. Very disappointing! One day I had no breakfast as they. Failed to inform me about the unavailablity of their kitchen. They outsource breakfast

They could have adhered to cleanliness and when requested actually changed the bed linen, but the staff was obstinate!

Stuff is kind. Rooms are nice. Location is nice, green quiet spot. Elevator is the best! It's made of glass and you can see the fields outside as you go up and down. Great idea!

Could put a kettle in the rooms :)

Since the hotel is near the airport and early morning and Chek in check outs are happening, it's better to provide a provision of tea/ coffee 24 hours.Either a teacoffe maker in every room or a room service for this.becuse at present it starts at 6.30 am only.

Clean and cozy, could have been more sound proof for the money it’s great value.
