Cosy country cottage in rural location

Well equipped, comfortable, enclosed garden for dog, quirky, very convenient for motorway but quiet. We would definitely go there again 😊

Can't think of anything we didn't like

We did have problems getting the key lock open but eventually did. The cottage has the right name we found it warm and cosy. There is everything you need the kitchen is well equipped with appliances, the decor is lovely. Had a lovely one night stay on the way to the Isle of Mull.

The cottage was warm and cosy and lived up to its name. Angela our host was very nice, she even offered to get us milk and bread if we needed it, which was very much appreciated. We lit the wood burner as it became a bit chilly it was lovely. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, the laudry room has a washer, dryer and small feezer. The bed was comfortable. The decor and furniture in the cottage was lovely, we stayed one night on our journey back from Mull.

Everything we needed was there. The seclusion was perfect. And the 5pm meeting with the cows over the wall was an added bonus

We needed a bit more autonomy with the heating. Being unable to turn radiators up or down wasn’t great. Being summer (albeit not a warm one) having a couple of radiators on full blast all day isn’t ideal and can’t be cheap to run either

Lovely garden to sit and enjoy the sun - interior was fun and cosy. Sofa and bed a welcome rest stop and felt very special space

Loved the decor. Comfortable accommodation.
