Convenient location and good value for money Would suit a group for weekend away

Bars in area are very noisy until late Flat had no coathangers

The location is amazing, the apartment is comfortable

As the owners clearly advise it is noisy but I feel this is reflected in the price and there was a good warning given about it so you know to take your ear plugs. It was quite fun listening to drunk people having a good go at singing Fleetwood Mac on the karaoke

Excellent location right on Matthew street and a great price!!

It wasn’t so much a dislike but the noise levels were really bad until about 4.30am but we just used earplugs and we were fine!

El alojamiento cumplía lo esperado.

El sofá-cama del salón es pésimo. Imposible dormir en él. Y tampoco es nada cómodo para sentarse en él. Debería haber sido sustituido hace mucho tiempo. Las dos únicas sillas que existen también son muy incómodas.

Great location on Mathew Street. Lovely modern spacious apartment Everything we needed - bedding / towels Able to drop bags in apartment offices before check in time which was very helpful. Noisy due to location but were warned in advance - so too ear plugs. Would definitely stay again.

Wrong amount of beds supplied and lack of bedding on a bed that was supplied

The location was brilliant although don't book on Mathews street if ya want peace and quiet 🤣

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy , it sagged in the middle and basically should be changed . There was no broom so we could not sweep the floor clean for the next guest also no tea towel or hot water as we found out on the last day . The water pump was noisy for those trying to sleep on the sofa bed ...

amazing space, clean and modern, everything worked, located in the heart of Matthew St.

Noise level from surrounding bars was very high until midnight.

The property was near to everything, the bus stop, restaurants, malls.

Underneath it are pubs and clubs hence the noise level are up, though it did warn us in the reviews but didnt expect it to be until the morning. And it would be helpful as well if they would state that there is a security deposit of 200+ initially, not after you have booked it or we could have chosen others.
