Las Casitas Village at El Conquistador

There was an event and the whole property was booked terrible experience

i have been to Puerto Rico and have stayed in many resorts and hotels and this is by far the BEST place especially The Casitas!

The placed is so beautiful

The only think I didn’t like and my family was that the persons that where staying in the upper villa smokes and the smell was in my villa in the living room and kitchen every night and it’s was really bad . My villa was 5512 .

Los restaurantes y piscinas buenisimo, PEROOOOO!!! Reservé por tres noches y me fui a la segunda noche, en mi estancias me cambiaron 3 veces de cuarto, el primero no tenía agua caliente y tampoco tenía arreglos, esta primera noches me llevaron a las duchas del golf porque supuestamente tenía agua caliente, no fue así, entonces terminé bañándome con agua friiisima,la mañana siguiente me cambiaron de cuarto, cuando regresé en la tarde el aire acondicionado no servía y tampoco tenía arreglo para ese día, me volvieron a cambiar por una habitación de mas lujo, ahí todo bien, pero el acuerdo era que solo esa noche y que al otro día me iba por decisión propia, cuando fui hacer el check out me informaron que era otra noche más pero ya estábamos decepcionados y nos fuimos.

Estuve que desempacar y empacar 4 veces en solo dos noches. 😧

Absolutely Amazing Stay! We had an incredible experience at Las Casitas Village at El Conquistador. The highlight was definitely the private Palomino Island — crystal-clear water, soft sand, and total relaxation. We also loved the Coqui Water Park, especially the lazy river — fun and refreshing! Our villa was spacious, clean, and had stunning views. The food was excellent throughout our stay — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made everything easy. This resort is the perfect mix of luxury, fun, and tropical beauty. We can’t wait to come back!
