"Really an incredible and amazing stay."

Amazing hotel, amazing pool, amazing staff, amazing location, amazing cleanningness, amazing gym, amazing view. We got upgraded to a room with jacuzzi as they noticed it was for our 10 year anniversary with my partner, and this room was just incredible.

The offer for the breakfast might be a bit short, but the lunch and dinner cooking were really good.

Before we had even landed in Santorini I had received a welcoming message from Chrysa to welcome us to Nero, arranged a taxi from the airport for a smooth transfer for us. Chrysa gave us a personal tour of the hotel and showed us to our beautiful room. Chrysa and her team are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and a friendly, welcoming experience to all customers. We dined at the hotel for a lunch, room service dinner, cocktails by the pool and breakfast and the food and drinks were great every, single time! I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone that wants a beautiful experience.

"The perfect boutique hotel. Close to it all, yet far enough away to feel the luxury of Nero."

Nero was such a beautiful hotel. The location was perfect. Easy access to the trail to Oia, which was an incredible and memorable hike. The rooms was quiet, gorgeous, and perfect for our stay. The staff was amazing: The Operations Manager, Chrysa, was always a text away. She made the stay so enjoyable with her exceptional recommendations. She’s phenomenal at her job. Vaggelis, the Barman whipped up delicious cocktails and was a joy to chat with. George, our waiter during the 3-night stay was so attentive. And Basiliki was the sweetest!! We enjoyed our evening conversations on our way back from dinner. Truly a wonderful stay at Nero and we most certainly return!!

Loved every bit of it! Absolutely beautifully decorated, luxurious, and peaceful.
