NĒRO Boutique Hotel

I recently stayed at Nēro Light filled Suites and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always eager to assist, offering us free water daily and providing towels for the pool without even asking. The breakfast (served daily in our suite)and food were absolutely delicious, and they were so helpful in making reservations for us at local restaurants. The suites were spacious and luxurious, well-appointed, and offered a peaceful retreat. The swimming pool was a highlight—it offered a calm and private oasis to relax. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations, making it a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, great service, and tranquility.

Le personnel est au top!! J’ai parlé continuellement par message à Mme Renta, la manager en conciergerie et opérations, elle répondait très rapidement à toutes mes demandes. Le personnel est vraiment présent, rapide et à l’écoute. Les lits sont très confortables, tout est très joli, moderne et propre.

Juste la piscine que j’ai trouvé un peu petite. Idéale pour se tremper lors de fortes chaleurs, mais impossible de faire des longueurs.

The property was amazing! We had a beautiful sea view, a romantic terrace with a private pool and a clean spacious room. The staff was wonderful and they helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations. We can’t wait to go back for another romantic getaway 😊

Property was clean and staff were attentive.

From the moment we walked into the front gate you could smell the freshness and cleanliness of the hotel, the reception check in was effortless and the butler service was top draw, thank you Lucas and the breakfast selection to your room each morning was fantastic and there's lots of it.

The only one minor comment would be to look at getting full length mirrors for the shorter ladies but its a minor comment

Facility: This brand-new hotel offers a stunning pool and breathtaking ocean views. We enjoyed the spectacular sunrise each morning, a truly memorable stay. Location: Situated in the town of Imerovigli, the hotel provides a peaceful and quiet retreat. The town itself is picturesque, perfect for photography enthusiasts. Nearby, we visited Church Mother of Lord Theoskepasti, the most beautiful blue dome church we've seen on the islands, also an excellent spot to watch the sunset. Service: The staff at the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary white wine in an iced basket. They also offer valuable suggestions for sightseeing and dining.

The in room dinner is good but the three restaurants just near restaurant are better.
