The property was lovely and clean throughout, has a beautiful look to it and always smells lovely. Room was cleaned everyday always looking amazing. I celebrated my birthday here and the staff organised my room with balloons and gift which was very special. Robes and slippers are provided giving it that extra fancy feeling. Breakfast was lovely with a variety of options, brought to our room each day to enjoy the view whilst eating. Delicious food from the menu, we loved the tortilla. An amazing stay!

Great place to stay on Santorini. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The room had a great view of non-caldera side of the island. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very well located. There are a few good restaurants nearby. The walk from the hotel to Fira and a longer hike to Oia are great.

Nothing you could fault at all

I had the incredible opportunity to stay in a suite that was nothing short of amazing, complete with a private pool and an incredible view of the sea. Every morning, I woke up to this stunning panorama—truly a slice of heaven! However, what made my stay truly exceptional was the staff. From the moment I arrived, Dimitris and Konstantina greeted me with warm smiles and remarkable attention. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home and catered to all my needs. The room service, led by Lucas, was simply outstanding. He knew my preferences and brought me delicious breakfasts every morning. What a joy to start my day this way! I can’t overlook the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, thanks to Maya and Margo (Margarita), who did an extraordinary job while being incredibly kind. Their attention to detail and warmth truly made a difference. Lastly, a huge thank you to Chrysa, the Operations and Concierge Manager, for her flawless management and professionalism. She made sure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unparalleled experience. I will undoubtedly return!
