Unfortunately we had a few problems with the air conditioning. One was leaking and one wasn’t working. This was in my daughters bedroom so she had to sleep on the floor in my son’s bedroom. Not ideal! Considering how hot it was. We were only offered a 100 euro refund because of this but I feel this wasn’t sufficient considering the inconvenience caused. Also if you’re expecting to eat in a few times the kitchen is not equipped enough for this. No tea towels no kettle no vegetable peeler. The lock on the second bathroom door doesn’t work.,
USLocation was great with a sea view from the second balcony. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Neighbors were very friendly. Hosts had great communication.
There are a lot of stairs in a very narrow area to get to the unit. Not suitable for lots of luggage or elderly guests - also the floors get very sandy/dirty very quickly and it is very hard to keep clean. Only 1 key given, so if you are traveling with a group it's a bit difficult to coordinate entry
