Disaster!!!

We came there and all the floor completly broken. No warning from the owner that is like that. When I asked what is it I was told it happened yesterday. Then I went back to read recent review and learnt that they had the flooding recently and 2 layers (not sure why 2???) of flooring all competely broken in all rooms, in the biggest room for 4, there was like a hill of swollen tiles and small bed was not even at all. Because of the floor no door could be used. We kept each other up all nights. When I asked if we can have another accomodation, I was asked to send pics (that is not possible only via chat in booking) and sent to complain to booking help. Thus we had very unplesend 2 nights stay in Budapest with luck of sleep and being afraid that someone might get hurt. I recommend the owned to stop renting this at all. We should have been notified about this so we could find better accomodation. By the way, the electricity also look quite dodgy. The aircon was on when we came but when we wanted to switch it off, no battery in the remote, no blinds. Overall, very bad experinece.

Mieszkanie było zniszczone. Większość podłóg do wymiany, drzwi wewnętrzne przez podłogę nie zamykały się.

Diese Wohnung muss dringend renoviert werden. Offensichtlich gab es einen Wasserschaden, wodurch das Parkett angehoben wurde und teilweise nicht begehbar war. Es ist mir unbegreiflich, wie man solch eine Wohnung guten Gewissens weitervermieten kann. Ärgerlich war auch, dass eine angeführte Kaffeemaschine nicht vorhanden war.

Old and dirty. Dust and dirt everywhere. Beds were not comfortable. Pictures are not showing todays situation. Possible to taken 10 years ago. Since plugs on the wall are not working, there are many cables on the floor which are needed to connect eachother like a spider web to reach electric current. Wifi did not worked until we have found modem and connect electric and restart. To run air conditioner we have to carried electricity by cables from next corner of the room. If you connect cables correctly, you have a view of cables like a spider web in the room. After sleeping in this conditions for a night, we woke up with the sound of running water. Everywhere was water. The pipe was erupted at under kitchen counter. We closed the electric current from the main switch. No valves to stop water flow from the pipes. We asked neighbours if any other valves exist. They also did not know about the system and asked to handyman of the apartment. He came and stoped flow. We called contact number many times, send messages many times but the owner were not reachable. Neighbours apartment walls and ceilings also effected. Neighbours also complained about this situation. Neighbours came to clean and discharge water from apartment. After an hour somebody camed and told that if we accept they can transfer us to another apartment which they operate. We did not accept their offer since we were not well psychologically. May be he was the owner or operator of the apartment but he was so unconcered and disrespectfull. Just told us to ask Booking support for return payment for unused days. We have send our claim to support Booking.com and still waiting the return. No call, No mail, No message, No return payment from Booking.com since a week. This is the first time that we are fall with such a situation while using Booking.com.

Las camas eran cómodas, el aire acondicionado y la lavadora

Las instalaciones están viejas, todas las tuberías y la instalación eléctrica que daba miedo. Bombillas fundidas, sin persianas ni cortinas que permitan descansar sin luz y no dejan papel higiénico suficiente. Hay cinco alturas diferentes de suelo y tuvimos que hacer mudanza de cama para poder aprovechar las habitaciones.
