We were out of hot water for 3 hours because the customer service did not know where it's the heating unit.

Very comfortable bed, large room, nice kitchen, close to supermarkets

The internet speed was 10 on download and 8 on upload. I reported it almost immediately, to which I received a reply that it couldn't be. I was told several times that I was doing Speedtest wrong, they didn't believe that this could even be possible, insisted that I measure my internet speed from different devices. In the end, the hosts didn't resolve the issue and just gave the password to the wifi from their other apartment, which was 35/40 speed, which is also not enough to work properly. But everyone balked at this and nothing more was done about it Also consider or ask the host to replace the pan immediately (although it's unlikely anything will be attempted) because it's not suitable for an induction stove
